The Human Resources Payroll and Compliance Coordinator will work directly with the human resource manager and staff to ensure that all human resource processes and payroll functions for the organization are carried out in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
The coordinator will administer all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Apply the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information; Work closely with management serving as contact person for new hire onboarding, payroll, employee benefits; Accurately maintain HR and Payroll related records; Accurately review timekeeping records; Assist with administration of HR programs, policies, and processes to enhance the overall employee experience; Create detailed daily and weekly reports; Data management, and upkeep in multiple HR systems Manage job postings and job descriptions; Maintain compliance for various governmental agencies (ex.
FMLA.
, EEOC, DOT, etc.
); Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree or near completion in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business, or similar degree or, Experience in a similar position with 2-years comparable experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Ability to work accurately and efficiently while achieving deadlines; Strong math and time management skills; Detail oriented; Ability to balance reports; Ability to work independently and as a team; Ability to use a keyboard accurately.
